Took the motorcycle certification course there. Great teacher, wonderful experience. Dealership was first class. Everything you could possibly need or want. Cool bar upstairs too.
Smokin Harley is a pretty cool Harley shop, when a restaurant/bar upstairs, the restaurant offers basic bar food and app, burgers, chicken tenders etc. The have 6? pool tables if I remember and a couple of arcade game. Prices are pretty reasonable.
The Harley Shop was great! However, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant above it! It was so slow. It took an hour to get a burger. The waitress stated they forgot to turn the grill on. The food was good once it came but I definitely won't be back to the restaurant
These guys are always more than welcoming, at least on the showroom end! They are always having awesome functions and get-togethers, typically with live music and stellar vendors!
This year the Camel City Bike fest was hosted on premise, and they could have not picked a better venue.
The grounds alone are worth a stroll through or ride-by. But you will especially want to hop off your scoot long enough to hoof it over to the magnificent memorial wall raised there to represent some of America's greatest heros; it's truly a beaut!
Had a great experience buying my first bike at smoking Harley-Davidson. The staff was extremely knowledgeable in their line of work. Also, very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect bike.
Susan and the team were great to work with on purchasing a new bike. From the moment I walked in the dealership, everyone greeted me like I was an old friend and made me feel like I fit in. They were quite knowledgeable and helpful for any questions or concerns I had about the new bikes. I considered other brands prior to visiting Smokin HD, but got sold on the features HD offered over the other brands for a similar price range. I did not feel the normal pressure to buy anything like one would feel at a dealership and have nothing close to “buyer’s remorse” after the purchase. They delivered my new bike and picked up my trade on a day that worked for my schedule and gave me an amazing deal for my trade. I’d highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to learn or looking to buy.
Bought my very first bike here 2 years ago as a brand new rider. The experience, alone, made me a loyal customer. Everyone on the staff is helpful, particularly Susan McBride, who made sure I left with two wheels down. Bought a second bike from Smokin’ Susan for my lady, and just recently traded for our 3rd (my 2nd) ride.
Each time was the same experience. Process was easy, trade value was fair, and all the used motorcycles are quality. Apparel shop is largest than many other dealers. Sales Manager Eric and Finance Dude Cody are good people too. Go see them! (I promise no one paid me to type this 😂)
Don't buy your bike from here. I know how they treated a friend of mine with a bike that was bought here, they were taken advantage of and almost lost their life on it, and they refuse to make it right. The bike had problems from day one and its known that many test rides have had issues with used bikes. not worth it go to riding high or somewhere else that will ensure safety.
